These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you browse dubairelaxmassage.com or book services with DubaiRelaxMassage. By contacting us or booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional therapeutic / wellness massage services in Dubai by appointment. Services are for relaxation, recovery, and general wellness only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Booking and communication

Bookings are arranged by WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone at +971 55 637 7879.
Service details, timing, and fees should be confirmed in writing before the appointment.
We may decline or reschedule a booking if staff are unavailable or if a request falls outside our service scope.

3. Eligibility and conduct

Clients must be 18 years or older.
Please treat therapists and staff respectfully.
Any request for inappropriate or non-therapeutic services will be refused and the session may be ended immediately.

4. Health and safety

Tell us about relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment. If you feel discomfort during a session, inform the therapist at once. We reserve the right to refuse service when we believe treatment may be unsafe.

5. Payments, cancellations, and lateness

Payment method and amount will be confirmed when you book.
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late arrivals may shorten the session; repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

6. Location

We provide therapeutic massage by appointment in selected areas of Dubai. Exact meeting details are shared after booking confirmation. This is not a walk-in retail shop.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials belong to DubaiRelaxMassage or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
